It's actually close to Asaba airport, and it has a pool, a bar, and a very good chef who prepared good meals. Everything you need for a standard hotel seems to be there, but I can't understand why it's in that state. Management has a lot of work to do, a whole lot. I won't stay here again.

Immaculate Hotel service is very, very poor. Around 4 am there was no running water in any of the apartments, and the intercal was disengaged. A big hotel like this shouldn't run out of water. I'm so disappointed.

The staff were friendly and happy to run errands, and the grounds felt welcoming. The room was clean and nice, but I was disappointed to find an insect on the bed that I couldn't identify. Colleagues staying in other rooms said they'd seen bed bugs, which is a serious concern. Management needs to look into this urgently before a guest takes something home that they didn't arrive with. The hotel has a pool, bar, football pitch, barbecue spot, and conference hall. The event hall was still unfinished when I visited. I stayed one night at Immaculate Hotel Apartment and Suites in Asaba, Delta State.

The staff were just a call away, and my room had a beautiful view. I honestly enjoyed my stay, and the food was really tasty and well prepared. Come and see for yourself.

I stayed in a windowless studio room at a hotel that seemed to have been put together in a hurry to handle the influx of guests for a state function. When the power goes off, as it tends to, you have to leave the door open just to breathe. That's a health hazard and a security risk. Why put someone in a room without windows and no guarantee of steady power? The design needs reworking, especially for people like me who are claustrophobic.
