I was there yesterday, and the service was disappointing. The staff weren't easy to communicate with, and the caution fee wasn't returned because a drink had spilled on the floor. Nothing was damaged, so I don't understand the point of keeping it. Are you really charging 100k just to clean up a spilled drink? I won't be coming back.

The hotel is beautiful and in a great location, but the service is awful. We were given three different breakfast times, and getting anything we ordered took repeated calls, sometimes up to two hours. There isn't a directory to find the restaurant or laundry numbers, so I had to ask at reception. They have Wi-Fi, but nobody tells you the password. For a hotel this nice, basic service should be a given. If negative stars were possible, I'd give it ten.

I had the most wonderful birthday here. This is my favorite apartment in Abuja right now.
