This place used to be a hit, but sadly that doesn't seem to be the case anymore. The hotel is also quite far from the town's main activity hub. Facilities are only just adequate: the pool hadn't been cleaned for a while and had algae, which my friend didn't notice before getting in. Our bathroom kept flooding, and the staff service was just so-so. Honestly, it feels like it's living on past glory.

The rooms were top notch, and the quiet, peaceful setting made the hotel a great place to relax. Really nice spot.

I came to try the peppered chicken after someone said it was among the best around, and I wasn't disappointed. I only visited to buy the chicken, so I can't speak to the rooms, though I hope I get the chance to see them another time. The place looked beautiful and clean, and the staff were cordial, with the kind of customer care you like to see. Kudos to them.

When I first stayed here in 2022, the service was excellent, but I've noticed a decline since then. Sometimes there are no toiletries, the fridges don't work, and I've also found that some rooms weren't locking properly, so they could be opened from outside. You may only get milk, with no tea supplies, and have to ask for them. They need to rethink things.
