The building looks nice and the location is fairly good. The service needs a lot of work, from room service and the restaurant to the quality of the food.

My brother was getting married, but he wasn’t allowed to take pictures with his bride, and the family couldn’t take photos either. Nobody disclosed this picture policy when we booked. I had a very bad experience. The owner and management were rude and crude, arrogant, and not helpful. They also didn’t seem security conscious. There was no value for money at all. I strongly don’t recommend this hotel.

I paid for 10 days to try the hotel before committing to a planned month-long stay. Within a few days, while I was away, someone got into my room, perhaps using a spare key, and took the £40 I’d left in a drawer. I complained to management, but nothing was done. I felt unsafe and left before even completing the 10 days. I still haven’t received my refund. Be careful here, as you may not get your money back.

It’s an average hotel. I booked it for a client, and they picked it over the other options I sent.

I paid 90k for a room and found the water heater wasn’t working. When I complained, the receptionist was very rude instead of apologizing for the poor service. Their customer service is really poor.
