San Antonio Blu Hotels

We went for outdoor swimming and had a nice experience. The rooms are very pricey, though. If you plan to stay here, you’d better have N85k for a room.

There’s plenty of room here, including a large parking area, a spacious bar, a swimming pool, and a hall for events and occasions. The hotel is along Y junction Okpuno road, with beautiful rooms and friendly staff. They have a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

Room cleaning was top-notch, and the place felt like a home away from home. The hotel has a clean, welcoming atmosphere, good structure, and decent staff. The food was delicious and the experience was good value for money. I’ll definitely visit again!

The stay left me disappointed enough that I wouldn’t want to return. The front desk staff didn’t smile or make much effort to improve how guests felt, and the checkout was awkward too. After we were told to wait while the room was inspected, we sat and took pictures, leaving our bags near reception. When the valet came back, he told us to move them ourselves. Maybe we shouldn’t have left them there, but he knew we’d been waiting and could at least have handled it politely. The worst moment was at breakfast. My husband and I were embarrassed in front of other guests because I shared his complimentary breakfast from his plate, as we normally do at hotels. A staff member told him three times in a row not to go back for another helping of stew. The hotel itself is striking. I was amazed by the luxurious lounge, especially since the road outside is in such bad shape and gets waterlogged in the rain. The room impressed me even more, with every item seeming carefully chosen and no expense spared. For me, the class and luxury were 85%, but the ambience and customer satisfaction came to 49%. We pay good money for this. Please do better.
