Boston Hotels and Signature

I really liked the privacy of the room's balcony, and the hotel itself is comfortable, pleasant, and peaceful. The receptionists were respectful and very professional. The food was a letdown. I ordered rice with fried snails, but it was local rice with lots of stones in it, and the snails had no sauce. I didn't enjoy the meal at all.

The customer service was very poor, and the bed was so hard I left with body aches. They also switched off the AC at night, making the place hot. I was there last week, and the environment wasn't clean. It smelled everywhere. For crying out loud, humans are meant to stay there, not animals.

The rooms are spacious and airy, and the staff are very polite and courteous. The bathroom is nice, and the heaters give steady hot water. My one complaint about the rooms is the broken furniture, though that should be easy to fix.

The charges are very expensive, yet they employ children under 18 as housekeepers and laundry workers. To me, that's exploitation. If personal hygiene matters to you, please avoid this hotel. They tell guests to use the same duvet cover for two to three days, and the housekeepers don't clean the toilet and bathroom properly. Ask them to change your duvet cover and you may hear things like, "We just changed this one na." There are stains on it too. They don't seem to care about hygiene at all.
