Allen Suites Hotel

The rooms are very neat and have good lighting, and the location is fantastic. The kitchen has a lot to offer, though they’re short staffed. The few staff there are courteous and well trained. They still need to improve the security setup.

I enjoyed staying here. The rooms are neat, the facilities work, and the location is peaceful and a short distance from most places of interest in Enugu town. The internet is slow, which seems to be due to some kind of screening by the landscape, and there’s no pool. With those limitations, I’d rate it 4.5 stars; I recommend the hotel.

I’ve known this hotel for 13 years, and the accountant has stayed consistent throughout. He’s very professional. It’s a cozy place in what I think is the best hotel location, on Nza Street, Independence layout, close to Roban Stores. The cheapest room is about N21K as of May 20th 2024.

The outside doesn’t look very appealing, but the rooms are neat and standard for a moderate price. I stayed in one with a kitchen, though I didn’t really use it. They also have a gym. I’m rating it very low because the customer service seems generally poor.
