Bex Suites and Spa

The hotel was easy to find, and it’s in a quiet, clean, peaceful area. The building is attractive, with roomy, clean rooms, and the rates seemed fair for what the rooms looked like. Staff were friendly and helpful. My stay was satisfactory, though the bathrooms are cramped and leaking, some bulbs were out, and a few of the otherwise neat towels were torn. A bit more maintenance would improve the place.

My room was roomy and the facilities were fine for what I paid. The one real problem was that the shower didn’t work, so I couldn’t use it. Still, the attendants were lovely and always ready to help. Bex suites and spa was a nice place for a two-day stay.

What I found was nothing like the listing I’d seen on jumia travels. There were mosquitoes as well as black and red ants, and I was so put off that I couldn’t eat there. Customer service was practically nonexistent: I called about four times to have a channel changed, and it still wasn’t clear. My room was dim, two bulbs were out, and there were no sockets beside the bed. The shower didn’t work, and the towels were brown enough to need replacing. I left disappointed and unhappy.

It’s on Ishielu street, Independence Layout, Enugu. Bex Suites and Spa has lovely rooms, a welcoming atmosphere, and well-trained staff. The prices are affordable for people across different budgets, and it’s a nice, relaxed place to unwind.
