Ivy Hotel Emerald

I stayed at Ivy Hotel Emerald in Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria, with my colleagues, and the hotel's clean, peaceful, well-kept surroundings made it a comfortable place for business or leisure. The housekeeping team kept our rooms spotless and arranged, and the front desk handled check-in and checkout smoothly. Whenever I needed help with room service, directions, or questions, staff responded quickly and politely. We were warmly welcomed on arrival. Both male and female team members were professional, attentive, and ready to help with genuine smiles. Their positive attitude made the stay feel especially comfortable. I highly recommend Ivy Hotel Emerald to anyone visiting Lagos. Big shouts to Princess, Bassie, Rejoice and everyone!

Breakfast could use more options. The reception staff were set in their ways and wouldn't be flexible. In the end they did what I'd suggested, then had the nerve to act like it had been their decision from the start. What cheek!

The staff were good, but the room was overpriced. I had to climb three floors since there was no lift, and the AC didn't work well.

The food was really good, though the choices felt repetitive for vegetarians and were almost impossible for vegans. I also loved the pool, and the rooms were beautiful and kept very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, treating me like I was at home and including me in the banter when they could. They handled my needs with kindness and professionalism, and gave me the quiet I needed after a busy day.
