The rooms are clean, but a few things are worn or loose, including faucets, toilet seat covers, and remote controls missing their battery compartment covers. Better quality control would help. I’ve stayed three times and still really like the rooms and property for their size and color scheme, especially around reception. The kitchen staff, chef, manager, Isaac from room service, and Chiamaka from the restaurant deserve top marks for their skill and daily dedication. Some of the young women at reception and in the restaurant could improve their attitude. Thanking guests for their stay is part of the job, and those who already do it could set an example. Shouting across the counter, even while calling guests “Auntie” or “Mama,” isn’t polite or appropriate. Loud talking and yelling have no place in hospitality. I still value this accommodation highly. It generally meets the standard of a place I can recommend to visitors of Enugu. Keep it up, and please work on the areas that need improvement.
8/10
The facilities are very well maintained, and the staff are friendly and courteous. It’s in a very serene environment, and the prices aren’t cutthroat. The only issue is that there isn’t enough parking.
6/10
The environment is lovely and cool, and the bar is perfect. Room service was excellent, but the front desk attitude still needs work, same as last time. The food is basic, and the rooms aren’t very clean, the same issue I had on my previous stay. This was my second time lodging here and not much has changed. I’d still like to come back because of the location. ☺️
6/10
In a city with security challenges, Carlton Swiss feels safe, secure, and clean. The building is quiet, the rooms are always clean, and the service is excellent. The staff stand out for being both professional and friendly, and the manager has exceptional charm and professionalism.
8/10
There’s plenty of space in the rooms, and the customer service is good. The meals get 6/10, and the location is quiet. Excellent for group meetings and activities.
