The location is about the only real plus, and maybe the wedding hall. I’ve stayed three times in three different rooms, including the so-called executive rooms at around 45k, and each stay was awful. The building feels old and badly neglected. Showers may not work, pipes can leak, water can end up all over the bathroom floor, and the noisy wall AC units don’t cool well enough. The rooms are in terrible shape. Being cheap doesn’t mean a hotel should be horrible. Even without fancy looks, it should at least be decent. I really can’t recommend it.

The staff are professional and very courteous, and the rooms feel worth the price. They don’t have modern hotel furniture, which explains the price. Nice place.

It’s a calm, exotic-looking setting with a real royal feel.

The main problem here is housekeeping. They seem pretty careless with the cleaning, just mopping the floor and making the bed without washing the bathroom tiles. The sheets are worn and dirty, and the tiles are starting to turn black.
