The Gates Enugu-Guest Room

The grounds are peaceful, with a lakeside view, swimming pools and a swimming bar. I liked the traditional-style individual huts, and it's a nice spot for a group gathering or a retreat. They serve good local and international dishes, and the customer service was amazing. I'll be back.

The apartment felt fantastic, like a home from home, and the peaceful surroundings came with solid security. The staff were friendly and diligent, always smiling and ready to do their jobs. The manager especially was on top of things. Give it a try and see for yourself.

In Zoo Estate, this quiet hotel overlooks a stream whose sound makes the place feel restful. I found it lovely for some time alone and meditation, with the comfort I needed. The service was top notch, the food exquisite, and it has everything I want in a hotel. Just make sure you've got the money.

The supervisor on duty was rude and handled the problem insensitively. I was served spoiled milkshakes, complained, and they still wouldn't give me the manager's number. As soon as I tasted one, I had an instant stomach ache. What upset me most was how nonchalant the supervisor was, with no polite or professional attempt to deal with it. I had recommended the place to my friends, so it was disappointing when they all blamed me for bringing them there.
