Everything was well organized and looked after. I really enjoyed the food, and the stay was worth every penny.

The restaurant servers were prompt and polite, and one of them was especially helpful, anticipating what we needed and keeping us updated about delays. That made the meal go smoothly and feel enjoyable. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Service was efficient from check-in through check-out.

I paid for the priciest room, supposedly their luxury room, but what I got didn’t meet the standard. There weren’t any sockets by the bed for charging, and the AC was only available at night. Worst of all, I found a rat in the room. Management should put themselves in guests’ shoes. My stay here wasn’t good.

For my guests, it was a poor stay overall. I booked two rooms, and neither had a decent amount of space. Both bathrooms leaked, and hot water had to be brought up when requested instead of being available directly. The WiFi came late and was switched off before 6am, and there was no complimentary breakfast. Maintenance and management need to improve.
