Chipped tea cups, a dripping AC, a smelly walkway, and no towels until I requested them. Restaurant staff seemed quick with half-hearted apologies instead of proper service. I have no words.

The bathroom was dirty and rusty, the shower barely worked, and most of the door handles were broken. The internet was down, and the room lights weren’t bright anymore. There was nothing good to eat at the complimentary breakfast. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The staff are hardworking, supportive, friendly, and ready to help respectfully. But the facility is run down, with damaged ceilings, taps and doors, plus old towels. One of the dangerous tables tore my jeans and nearly cut me. This hotel needs money and proper management.

The rooms are still okay, but the rest of the place looks run down. The hotel is a shadow of what it was when it opened, and after staying at this brand’s hotels around the world, I don’t think it lives up to its name anymore. The owner needs to get serious about running it, or they’ll lose the few customers they still have.
