There was power the whole time I stayed, all 3 days. The restaurant had all the food I wanted, though it was quite expensive. Still, a wonderful experience overall.

The room carpet was really dirty, and the toilet had no window or ventilation, so it smelled bad. Please ventilate the corridors.

What happened to the cleaning? The room, and especially the bathroom, were seriously unclean, with cockroaches everywhere, even ON THE BED. I don't know if they let all their cleaners go this past year, but maintenance has really been the hotel's downfall. It's painful to write this because this used to be one of my favorite places. The prices are great, the decor is pretty, the ambience is good, the staff are good enough, and the location is awesome. You can literally stroll to The Place restaurant, Item7go, Foodco and Grandex. Management, please do something before you drive away more old and new customers. P. S: Tell your gateman to stay at his post!

The rooms were spacious, but very dirty and untidy, with dust and tiny cockroaches all over. They'd barely been swept, and the bathrooms were filthy and hadn't been cleaned.

I have photos showing how dirty the rooms are, including the toilets, furniture, bedsheets, and duvets. The phone number on the flyer has been unable to receive calls since last year, and nothing has changed. If there's another number, please put it on the flyers and online too.
