My experience on 28 May 2026 was terrible. The rooms and toilets were poorly maintained and not worth the price. There were cockroaches and lizards everywhere, and a noisy factory beside the hotel caused constant disturbance at night. They can let you book a room without properly telling you about existing reservations or availability problems. Basic toiletries were rarely provided unless I kept calling, and they took no responsibility for their mistakes. The staff were highly unprofessional, even threatening to involve security instead of sorting out problems properly or apologizing. It felt like they cared about taking money, not guest comfort or hospitality. Management seriously needs to be reviewed. Save yourself the stress and stay somewhere else.

The hotel was well maintained and elegant, and the hospitality felt like a genuine 5-star experience. Staff were professional, welcoming, and attentive throughout, making my stay comfortable and seamless. Room 125 was immaculately clean, well laid out, private, and luxurious, with superior comfort, a quiet, relaxing feel, and excellent amenities. I highly recommend requesting it. I'd gladly return and confidently recommend the hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality service, and a great room.

One of the biggest mistakes I've made. The AC wasn't working, and after 10 they were still trying to fix the room. They wouldn't move me, so I had to sleep with a fan. A terrible experience. They've lost me as a customer for life, and I'll give bad referrals to anyone I know.

The room is comfortable, and the ambience and surroundings are really good. Hot water, electricity, and the A/C were all excellent. The TV and remote are due for a change.

The facilities in the room are old, but they work well enough for what you need. The staff are very nice and polite, especially the tall lady at the bar. The reception staff greet you with smiles and are polite too. The security guys are good as well, always attentive and saluting.
