The rooms are fairly spacious, but the reception area looked dirty. The receptionist was using the customer couch as a bed, and there were food bits on it. Cement patches on the walls could be painted over to make the place more welcoming. There’s no generator or water heater, and the TV might as well be decoration since there’s no DSTV subscription. The meal I ordered from the restaurant was... well, I should’ve gone to a bukka.

The staff were rude when we asked for the manager’s number, and the service overall was poor. The food was crap too. My room’s AC barely worked because it hadn’t been serviced, so I sweated all night. There was no hot water, the generator didn’t work, the walls were dirty, and the TV had very few channels. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Don’t trust the other reviews, they’re paid actors.

I’ve stayed here for a long time and they’ve never let me down. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, and the staff are friendly and professional. They keep up a good standard year after year, so this is where I go whenever I need a hotel. Reliable, and I’d recommend it.

It’s quiet and peaceful, and the price seems fair for the standard. The rooms are looked after well, though the water heater in mine wasn’t working. The receptionist arranged hot water whenever I needed it. Management should keep on top of small maintenance jobs. The wooden railing on the way upstairs had a broken base, and leaning on it could cause someone to fall on the stairs. Parking fits only a few cars, but there’s more room outside and the area feels safe. I had a good stay aside from those issues. The online price should also be updated to match what they charge now. Prices have gone up everywhere, so the increase should show there too.
