The seminar hall was wonderful, and the facilities looked clean, modern, and well cared for. The Citron Hotel also had good room service, good customer service, and electricity 24/7. The food was well prepared too. I had a wonderful experience, 9/10.

The complimentary breakfast was rich and really tasty. Staff were courteous and friendly, and they went about their duties diligently. The hotel is along a major road in the upscaled area of Jericho.

The rooms were comfortable, and the service was top-notch. The food tasted so good, I can't praise it enough. Customer service was great too, and the staff didn't hassle me for money.

The porter and reception staff were helpful and polite, but room cleaning needs closer monitoring. Even after the room had been cleaned, there was always a foul smell, and my skin started reacting to something. They changed the bedsheets, but I still got itchy when I lay on them. Something was off about the cleaning. The gym could use an upgrade too. It had very little equipment, and the treadmill was faulty.
