Terrace Green Hotels

I left disappointed because nobody attended to me. This morning, both receptionists on duty were busy doing nothing while I waited to pay for a reservation, and I eventually walked out. Please work on the front desk, they’re the eyes of your organization.

The bathroom was clean, and the staff were nice and always willing to help. I chose this place because it’s close to the airport. Housekeeping won’t come unless you ask, though. The room keycard kept malfunctioning, so the front desk staff had to open the door. The AC was noisy and had no temperature control, so when it was on, the room got freezing cold.

The staff gave good customer service during my short stay, and if you just need somewhere to spend a night, it does the job. I visited room 128, which looked neglected, though I can’t say how the other rooms are. There was rust on the fridge and fingerprint marks on the kettle. The restaurant seating was badly arranged: you’re stuck near the exit, kitchen, or bar. If space is tight, why not use smaller tables?

It’s a lovely place, and I liked being able to get around on foot. Room service was good too.
