We'd heard so much about an affordable place in Lekki Phase 1 that we had to see it for ourselves. The reviews from people here turned out to be true. My advice is, beware. Maybe if you're desperate and have no other options, you could slip in and out while ignoring the musty walls, damp air, and rotting bathroom. The owner should scrape, repaint, and refurbish the place.

The room is neat and the view over the lagoon is nice, but the bath and toilet aren't great. Overall, the maintenance really isn't anything special.
