Trois Ore Residences

Trois Ore gave me a peaceful stay that met my expectations, and it felt like being away from Nigeria. The staff were friendly and always listened. I do wish they’d dealt with my complaints faster, including the low shower pressure and the spoilt tap. They should also offer a more varied food menu.

The staff were warm, especially the kitchen and restaurant team, and it was a beautiful experience. The lighting was poor in the room and around the veranda. The water heater got too hot, and I couldn’t figure out how to control it, 😂.

I had a great time during the days I spent at this beautiful residence. It’s a top class hotel, and I’d recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Ibadan.

The room interior was interesting and had standard amenities, and they provided a nice complimentary breakfast. I’d add more lights in the rooms, lobby, and stairway. With so little lighting, moving around at night felt really weird. Customer service was poor, and everything else was basic. But the main issue was the “content fee.” I was charged N30,000 for taking pictures of myself on premises I’d paid to enter. I’m not a content creator, and I wasn’t filming the not-so-appealing outdoor view. I’d only found out about the hotel through videos from past visitors posted online. I lived in Ibadan for years and had never heard of it, seen a billboard, or seen a dedicated promotion from the management. That makes me think they’re against good publicity, and I’ll do my best to give them the opposite. I saw the management respond to other reviews, so I’m sure they’ll read this. I’m still asking for my N30,000 refund before things get sour.
