I couldn't use the pool during my stay because its treatment took almost five days, even with sunny weather. That process should be quicker. The hotel should also strengthen its safety compliance. On the positive side, Fatima, Faith Osagie, and Adejoke gave me the best service I experienced there. They deserve recognition for their hospitality. The rooms could use fresh paint and updated furniture, and the air conditioning in Room 302 wasn't strong enough and may need servicing. Other rooms might have the same issue. It's good to see the hotel still going strong, and I hope it continues. I look forward to coming back.

We had a wonderful two-night stay, my husband and I. The food was delicious, and everyone from housekeeping to reception treated us with real warmth and respect. Samson and Tosin deserve a special mention for going out of their way to make us feel welcome and make the stay memorable. Airoyal at Aga is such a sweet place. We can't wait to return!

I stayed for nine days, and the hotel was very clean, including the bar, where I didn't notice any smoking. My room matched the advertisement. Breakfast was very good, with three choices, and I enjoyed the lunch so much that I ordered it every day. Every staff member, including security, was respectful and helpful, and the service was excellent. I really love this hotel and will definitely come back. I'll tell my friends about it when I arrive in Washington DC.

The staff were disciplined and hardworking, especially Favor, Austin, and Ay. I was highly impressed with the receptionists, room service, and everyone else.

I had a splendid vacation in Nigeria at Ai Royal Hotel. The resort is beautiful, and the whole team, from security to the janitors, showed good hospitality. Ronald, Jumai, Oyindamola, Efe, and Zainab are just a few of the staff I'd like to mention. I recommend adding a permanent airport shuttle and hired car services.
