Fox Premium Hotel Jos

It seems like a really cool place, but they wouldn’t let me in because I didn’t arrive in a car.

I was here while getting ready for my wedding, and the calm, elegant atmosphere helped me relax during a really busy time. The staff were warm, professional, and always willing to help. I enjoyed the food, and the complimentary breakfast each morning was a nice bonus. It’s also easy to get from here to just about anywhere in the city. I’m grateful for the hospitality and would gladly stay again.

I really liked how peaceful the area was, and at check-in I was pleased by the rooms’ subtle, minimalist decor and all the space it left. The front desk and security staff were professional and helpful. The rest need training, or they could ruin a beautiful place. Housekeeping was very careless. They mopped without sweeping first, just pushing the dirt around with a wet mop. Soap, towels, tissue, and other supplies weren’t replaced unless we called to ask. The cleaning was poorly and haphazardly done. The kitchen staff were another nightmare: food took ages to prepare, even though it tasted good and was presented nicely. I really hope they work on these problems.
