Steffan Hotel and Suites

I spent one night here. The room was lovely, service was above average, and breakfast arrived on time, hot and tasty. I did have to bring up one issue with the manager since there wasn't a suggestion box: the pool had no towels. I like swimming laps early in the morning, and the pool attendant said they hadn't had towels there for a while. Still, it seems worth a look if you need somewhere to stay in Jos.

I checked in in the evening and had to wait until early the next morning to get a towel. Then the water supply ran out that morning, right when I urgently needed to use the toilet. Staff had to bring water in a bucket, which was embarrassing and well below what I expected from a hotel with such a good reputation. This experience was unacceptable. Management should review how things are run so it doesn't happen again.

Just okay, and a perfect fit for nightlife.

The location is very good, and after travelling from Lagos I found the hotel up to standard compared with other places I've stayed. The customer care team and staff were all helpful with whatever I needed, and greeted me with lovely smiles. I enjoyed my stay at Steffan Hotel and suites. I'll spend my money here again when I visit.
