Green Suites Villa

The spot bar and lounge are my regular hangout places whenever I visit, and I love them. The setting and layout are superb, with great scenery like you see in many parts of central Africa. If you like a peaceful atmosphere while traveling, I'd recommend staying here.

The place has a serene atmosphere, and the rooms are kept clean and decent, though they're not as sharp as they used to be. The TV picture is a mess, clearer in the bar and reception, so bring your own entertainment if you want to watch something. Wi-Fi wasn't working. Aside from the TV, the service is generally decent.

I liked the scenery and the setting of the grounds, in a swampy part of Barnawa that helps keep things cool even in hot months. I stayed one night, mostly in my room, so I only got a limited sense of the hotel overall. It was my first time sleeping at Green Suites Villa, though I'd been there for other reasons before. The room was pretty good for a hotel of this scale, with plenty of space, a large bed, white sheets and duvet, decent furniture, good lighting, proper-sized wardrobes and a TV. The restroom was neat, had no bad smell, and the heater and shower worked. I only dealt with the receptionists, and had no problem with their attitude. I'd be happy to come back and see more than just the rooms.

The suite was well looked after, and I had a nice stay. It’s in a pleasant neighborhood with a peaceful atmosphere.
