The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean, though fairly small and a bit dated in style. Services were generally good. The dirty water was the big problem throughout my stay, especially worrying since I had a baby with me. The complimentary breakfast was okay, but the choices were limited and could be more appealing. A decent stay otherwise, with water quality and breakfast variety needing work.

I only stayed one night, and although the service was good, the room was in a horrible state. It was the last available one, room 209, so I couldn’t switch. The window was broken, plugs were coming out of the wall and the mirror was dirty. The pool tiles need cleaning too, and I could feel grit underfoot in the pool, possibly sediment from broken concrete due to erosion or something. For a better stay, they should clean properly and make the needed renovations.

For that location in VI, the rate of 50k was affordable, and I’d go back for that reason. They washed my car for free, though I chose to give the person 1k. I stayed on Christmas day, when they were fully booked, and the water wasn’t consistent, maybe because of that. The complimentary breakfast was poor and wasn’t buffet style.

The bedroom AC barely worked, and although the menu was big, nothing was available.
