At Bizarre Luxury Apartment in Kano, the staff were what stood out most. They were friendly, polite, helpful, and professional, and made me feel at home. My room was clean, fresh, and well cared for, and the whole place felt neat and comfortable. I also really liked the food. It tasted good and fresh, and I found myself looking forward to meals. The calm atmosphere made it easy to unwind after a long day. It was a smooth, pleasant stay, and I'd recommend Bizarre Luxury Apartment to anyone visiting Kano who wants a clean, comfortable place with good food and service.

It was private and nice, but my room wasn't comfortable. There was a cigarette and shisha smell, and the toilet was a mess. Some colleagues got better rooms, while the rooms assigned to others, including mine, weren't as good. I had to check out because it was that bad.

It's a good hotel, but the hygiene was terrible. I planned to stay a week and couldn't even make it through the night, spending the whole time killing tiny cockroaches. Bugs had infested the entire floor, and by morning some had got into my luggage. I emptied my bag to remove them, then checked out.

My one night in room 005 was a bizarre experience all around, and I regret it. The room smelled awful, and there was no hot water. I was told the central heater had been having problems for two days before I arrived, so they gave me a very dirty bucket to heat water in for bathing. The kettle and mug for tea were badly stained, and I had to buy a new kettle, mug, and sppon at well care supermarket. The food was too spicy and bad, and the Wi-Fi password they gave me didn't work at all. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.
