Bristol Palace Hotel

I was here for three nights on a work trip, and it was frustrating. The elevators were out most of the time, so everyone had to take the stairs. I was on the first floor, but colleagues staying higher up had it worse. My room had no towels on either my first or third night, which isn't acceptable at this price. The WiFi didn't work once. Definitely not worth the money, and I wouldn't recommend it. Book here if you feel like wasting your money.

It's always a pleasant stay, with a lovely ambience, well-kept surroundings, and great food. I'd like to see some local dishes added for variety. Two female staff members, one at reception and one in room service, seemed overwhelmed by the large influx of guests and were a bit saucy. After I reported it, they behaved better the next day, and colleagues apologized for the poor attitude.

I love it here! The rooms are beautiful, the ambience is great, and room service is good. Bristol palace is easy to find, too. Choosing it for a vacation in kano is a decision you won't regret.

Bristol really needs to sort out the towel service. I keep having to call, and once I got back from work I waited an hour or more for a towel. I can't imagine coming back.
