The room was a good size, and both power and water were continuous. The water quality needs to improve. The restaurant wasn't available because it was being renovated.

The rooms are adequate but not great, and the location is a little obscure. Staff seemed lethargic, so service was lacklustre. The food was fairly good, although it was quite localized and didn't offer much variety.

Getting the room service team's attention just takes a bit of patience.

Very unfriendly. They wouldn't accept the difference between 12:30 am and pm, and insisted that I check out on the same date. In China, it's not like that.

The hotel was convenient and very close to my meeting venue. It could've been a great stay, but they gave us smoke-filled rooms even though we don't smoke. They should separate smoking and non-smoking rooms clearly, ideally keeping smokers on one floor. The TV remotes also need good batteries.
