I had an okay stay, with a quiet setting and lovely service. There’s 24/7 electricity and Wi-Fi, though for personal reasons I didn’t rely on the Wi-Fi. The restaurant was good, and the food was nice. It’s a bit pricey, but the quality and quantity were right. The staff were respectful and pleasant. They also offer rides wherever you need to go, especially handy if you’re rushing to catch a flight. I’d recommend it for a couple of days if you’re around Burma Road, Sabon Gari, Kano.

It’s affordable and not far from the airport. The Wi-Fi is a nice feature, and the complimentary breakfast is a good deal.

The rooms looked good, at least. We didn’t stay, though, and chose an apartment instead. I’m not saying Mozida is a bad choice, but why spend so much there when you could stay in an apartment? I’m not sure.

The staff were friendly, the meals were sumptuous, and the AC was cold-room standard. But there are too many hotel rules, and I think they should make them clear and precise. With just a tiny stain on the duvet, the manager said he wouldn’t let my colleagues and me leave the hotel until we paid sum of 23,000. Picture on request.

Just avoid it. They don’t seem interested in guests’ welfare. Staff are seriously demarketing the 1-star hotel for the business owner. They barged into a paying guest’s room with armed personnel carrying a gun. The room was mosquito-infested, the toilet rundown, and for the rate I paid it was the tiniest room ever, about cubicle-sized. Don’t even try it for a vacation trip 🤣 Hope this helps.
