The apartment itself is beautiful, and the setting feels comfortable. The customer service let it down, though. Communication was poor, especially from the head of staff, whose manner was lacking. I’m not sure they received proper training before being hired.

My family had a really good stay, and the staff went out of their way to make us feel at home. Requests were handled quickly, too. The place is neat, stylish, and felt like home away from home, with stores and entertainment nearby. We had a few internet fluctuations, but otherwise it was wonderful. I’d choose it again and tell friends, especially those travelling with family.

I found it hard to leave and nearly talked myself into extending the stay. The decor is stunning but still feels homely, and the pool is a relaxing spot. The staff were polite and kind. The property manager also checked in and was available whenever we needed him. I’d definitely come back.

The rooms aren’t all en suite, which is worth knowing, though it wasn’t a problem for me. We had a lovely getaway, with quick, customer focused service. The place is beautifully put together and surprisingly spacious for the price. Its location is discreet but central to the places you need to reach on the island.
