The room had a dirty toilet when I checked in, so I had to call and ask for it to be cleaned. When the cleaners arrived, they snapped at me and said they were hungry. Staff were rude and smelly, and management was terrible. Lagos state kept coming to shut the hotel for regulatory non-compliance. Hotels like this need closer monitoring. Hospitality matters, and people shouldn't be left at the mercy of places like this when they can't travel with their own homes.

The bathroom was a mess too. Water from the heater dripped onto me while I used the toilet, and the drain was so slow I had to pause during my shower to let the water go down. By breakfast, things hadn't improved. They called me around 7:30 even though I'd told the lady the night before not to call so early. Then I was told I'd have to buy water with breakfast, since complimentary water was only for my room. The receptionist said they hadn't had water when I was in my room, which made the restaurant's offer to sell it even more surprising. I arrived Saturday May 3 and waited for the 1pm check-in, but they let me in around 12:40. The room was wet, and the receptionist helped carry my bag upstairs to the top floor since there was no lift in sight. She saw the wet floor and said she'd send housekeeping. I waited more than 10 minutes and couldn't unpack. When I called again, she got irritable and told me to wait or come back downstairs, although I hadn't insisted on getting in early. The bedding was worn. The sheets had rough abrasions, and the pillowcases were torn. The receptionist said they couldn't get me smoother sheets, so I had to push and ask housekeeping directly. They kindly changed the sheets, but the duvet was still rough and had a strange smell, so I sprayed it with my perfume. The hotel looked nice from outside, but the facilities and service were terrible. I wouldn't return, even in an emergency. Zero stars would fit better.

I found the setting wonderfully peaceful, a welcome break from all the bustle, and the interiors were beautiful, balancing elegance with comfort. Adun Suites Hotel felt carefully looked after, with attention to detail throughout. From arrival, the staff were warm and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. I had a delightful time and would recommend it to anyone after a luxurious, tranquil stay.

For two nights, all we got were apologies, with nothing actually fixed. In the luxury room the AC kept leaking, and the water heater didn't work, so our showers were cold. Customer service was zero. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. 👎

I spent a few days at Adun suites and was really happy with the stay. The manager is one of a kind and kept trying to sort out every issue. The customer service was encouraging, and everyone was lovely. I've already recommended it to friends and will keep doing so. Keep it up.
