After midnight, staff often complain and sometimes refuse guests entry, seemingly putting their rest ahead of service. The hotel also doesn’t offer bar or kitchen service around the clock. In my experience at other hotels, guests and visitors may need food or drinks at any hour, and that’s part of the night staff’s job. I found this disappointing and unprofessional. If this continues, it could hurt the hotel’s reputation and the owners’ business.

The service was poor and the staff were rude. They need to replace the people working here.

They wouldn’t refund us even though they got the booking wrong. The room we eventually received was disgustingly dirty, the shower didn’t work, and the window was open with no mosquito net. The whole process was unnecessarily difficult.

I had to argue back and forth to get even one towel, though I’d booked for two people and asked for two. None was provided at first. The Wi-Fi didn’t work either. It wasn’t a pleasant experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
