For the location, the price is good value. Everyone was polite and ready to help, which I appreciated. The sheets were noticeably dirty, though, and the electricity doesn't stay on all day. They turn on the generator at 5 pm.

I booked a room a month ahead and checked in on my reservation every week. When I arrived to stay, they told me they were fully booked and couldn't help because the person I'd spoken with wasn't there.

The only thing I liked was having a safe in the room. Every room they showed us had cockroaches, and the bedspreads looked like they hadn't been washed in weeks. The paint was dirty and peeling in places. There was no peephole, so I couldn't see who was knocking at midnight to fix my water issue. Even the extension lead didn't work. I had to go downstairs for everything I needed, even a sanitary towel.

It's in busy Victoria Island, near major corporate offices. The staff were cordial and the service was great. There's security, WiFi and a small amount of parking. They also have a mini conference room, a bar with assorted drinks, and all-you-can-eat local and international food. There's wheelchair parking, but no accessible entrance path.
