BEN AUTO guest house

The air conditioner was so cold I had to turn it off several times, but it'd be good for cooling off in very hot weather. The lights were on consistently, though they fluctuated too often. The atmosphere was welcoming and the surroundings weren't bad, but my room was tiny. I paid the lower rate, yet still didn't expect a hotel room to be a cubicle. They should have larger rooms. The food wasn't anything special either. The soup wasn't worth the price and didn't taste good. There's a lot the hotel could improve. My overall experience was average, though I'd recommend it for a short stay.

The room needed cleaning, like they hadn't expected anyone to stay there, but for one night it wasn't too bad. I paid online for the cheapest room, 7000, and it was the smallest room I've ever stayed in. The location isn't too far from the airport, which was the main thing for me. When I first arrived, I thought I'd come to the wrong place because it looked more like a bar and events centre than a hotel. Someone directed me to the guesthouse off to the side. Google Maps was a bit off too, so you'll need to go a little farther than the spot it shows.

Booking the event hall and every room in the hotel for my event was a huge mistake. They nearly ruined my day, and I can't recommend this place to anyone. I had a terrible experience, with a manager I considered unqualified making things worse and taking every last penny from me. The service I paid for was extremely poor, and they didn't give or clearly explain the terms and conditions. My account of what happened would fill a whole page. I wish zero stars had been an option, because they don't deserve any.

I spent three weeks here, from 7/12/18 to 31/12 /18, and felt spiritually uplifted. The place was lively and neat, with standard rooms, steady hot and cold running water, and WiFi around the clock. Security was at the highest level, and the personnel were friendly.
