After booking and paying the day before, I told them I'd arrive early. At check-in that morning, they asked for physical ID, so I went to get it printed. When I returned, the room they gave me was dirty. The male receptionist said housekeeping was busy with other rooms, and when I asked for a different one, he said there were none available. I waited for an hour and a half, but no one cleaned it. They said no manager was available when I asked to speak to one. A female receptionist later repeated that housekeeping couldn't stop working on the other rooms, even though those guests weren't there. I asked if I could use one of those rooms and was told no. I gave them another 15 minutes, then got up to leave. The staff just watched and laughed, as if I were there begging for a job or a free room. Customer service was zero. Staff need to do better, because guests shouldn't feel like they're begging for help.

I checked out yesterday, and the hotel was just as it looked online. Everything worked for me, from the location and food to the staff and service. I loved the whole stay.

The female receptionist who helped me was good, and the food tasted great. But there was noise all night. Staff were sliding along the corridor, laughing loudly around midnight, and the reception door kept opening. I couldn't sleep, even though I'd paid for a room and just wanted some quiet. I also heard staff gossiping about customers openly at reception. They need to be professional and talk about guests somewhere else. I tried the Ikeja branch once, and the staff performance was poor. I'll never stay there again. Honestly, the staff were awful, gossiping openly as if it's what they do for a living.

The rooms and facilities are clean and nice, about a 98% for me. Customer service falls short, though.
