What used to bring me back was the calm atmosphere and the way the old staff looked after people. Mr. Tobi, for example, helped with luggage and made sure guests were settled in comfortably. The current team seems inexperienced and doesn't have that same warmth or attention. They need serious retraining, and I hope management takes this seriously. The service was once a big reason I returned.

The stay was pleasant, but getting into the room took far too long. This happened on two separate occasions after booking online, and each time I waited almost two hours. There were no towels in the room, and no intercom either.

I arrived in Lagos after an international flight and was already jet-lagged, then had to sit around for two hours because my room wasn't cleaned yet. I got there at 1:30 pm. It was so frustrating that I wrote this just to calm myself down. A terrible experience.

The bathroom needs work. The toilet plumbing and water tap in my room were faulty, which left the bathroom smelling bad, and the bottled water had an odd taste. The hotel does have fair rates, a large parking area, decent food, and service that was okay. Their taxi driver is available around the clock and got us to the airport before dawn.

I enjoyed the pool area most, and the room service was good too. Having electricity around the clock made the stay enjoyable.
