Blue Moon Beach Hotel & Resort

The outdoor space is lovely and relaxing, though it stays quiet most days. Weekends bring more people, but not always the polished, high-end crowd you might expect here. The food was fine, and there are at least two restaurants, but service felt underwhelming, with practical problems too: unreliable electricity, rooms that need better upkeep, and things like the TV or remote not working. Those basics get missed often. The setting itself is hard to beat, on the same road as bigger names like Landmark Tower and with a fantastic sea view. Blue Moon Hotel & Beach has real potential, but compared with nearby hotels it falls short for now. Better staff training, facilities and consistency could make a big difference.

It’s such a peaceful place, and the staff are really helpful. I loved being here. There are several kitchen options too, which is nice. A good spot for a vacation. Thanks, Blue Moon.

We waited a long time, and even after that, nobody addressed our concerns. The staff seemed uninterested and weren’t paying proper attention to customers. Service here was very disappointing and needs serious improvement.

The beach view that’s meant to set this hotel apart doesn’t feel quite right anymore, since the coastal road was built. The place also needs serious maintenance. During my stay, loud music blared for over three hours, with little regard for guests’ peace or comfort. Electricity was poor too, so I had to sleep in a hot room without air conditioning. It felt like the Lagos experience in a nutshell: overpriced and giving very little in return.
