Just behind ICM, right in the heart of Ikeja, the location is really convenient. The surroundings are peaceful, and you can walk to nearly anything you need. They have a kitchen and don't mind guests bringing in outside food, which is a real plus. The rooms are very clean and well cared for for the price. Staff are polite, though not especially enthusiastic. I'd rate it 7/10.

I couldn't relax, and I got absolutely no value for what I paid. The service felt poor and standoffish, and the facility seemed neglected: the bed was collapsed, the in-room entertainment didn't work, and the plumbing was broken.

It feels like a home away from home, with a friendly, nice owner and humble, pleasant staff. But keep valuables locked in your room or hand them to a staff member. My son's tablet disappeared from the living room while we were out. Only a staff member was there, and no other guest was staying, yet nobody could explain what happened. They said the security camera wasn't working. Apart from that, it's a great place to stay.

It's fine for a night or two, and the rooms seem fair for what they cost. I haven't seen the executive rooms, so I can't speak to those. The hotel is on the street behind Ikeja city mall (ICM), with food and basic necessities close by. Power seems to be on around the clock, switching between NEPA and the generator.

Affordable, secure, and a calm place with steady power and great service. The internet wasn't very good, though. You'll enjoy your stay.
