Hotel Capitol

I felt comfortable throughout my stay at Capitol Hotel Lagos, thanks to the staff who were welcoming, professional, and attentive from the moment I arrived. Everyone I dealt with went out of their way to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the calm atmosphere made it easy to relax after a busy day. Service stayed consistent the whole time. I'd highly recommend Capitol Hotel Lagos for a visit to the area, for business or leisure, and I'll definitely return.

Online reviews had led me to expect a good stay, but I left disappointed. I booked my room two weeks ahead and told them my flight meant I'd arrive late. When I got there, they said they hadn't received my message and could only give me a room for N5000/night more than the one I'd booked. With no other option, I had to take it. They put me on the fourth floor in a building without a lift, and every guest who came to see me complained about climbing four flights of stairs. Then, two days after checkout, they messaged to say they'd forgotten to collect a N2900 laundry bill and asked me to pay it into their account. This came after they charged me an extra N5000/night for seven nights and gave me a room I wasn't happy with. I won't be back.

I highly recommend capitol hotel. The front desk ladies were welcoming and accommodating, and always took care of my needs. The rooms are clean, and there's a complimentary snack and water each morning. Security is tight in both the neighborhood and the hotel.

The hotel was very clean, and they served the food on time. The customer service was top-notch, 10/10. The food tasted good too, though they should use less oil.
