Presken Gra

It’s a nice, quiet place. The environment is calm, and that’s my overall impression.

Breakfast was delicious during my stay, and the staff were friendly, accommodating, and professional. I’d like to visit again. I want to sincerely thank the staff of presken hotel and resorts GRA Ikeja. Shout out to Gift at restaurant and Anita bar attendant. They’re a credit to the hotel and impeccable.

The internet was strong, which was the only nice thing about the place. I’m glad I paid for just one night. I’m leaving tomorrow morning, and this establishment needs a complete overhaul. I couldn’t sleep all night because of mosquitoes, and my skin started itching when I lay on the bed. The sheets and blanket were damp, the room didn’t feel clean, and there was mould on the pop and wet walls. The shower didn’t work, so in a room costing N50k per night I had to use a bucket and bowl. The water stopped halfway through, and I finished washing with half a bucket.

The rooms are lovely, and the location is great. We stayed three days, and even in the middle of a nationwide fuel scarcity, they only took light for short periods. Great hotel overall. Service was inconsistent. At times the staff were very helpful, polite, and super nice. At breakfast, though, they brought food without cutlery or mugs and took over 30 minutes to deliver them, by which time we’d already eaten. Delivery times were terrible too. It took 1.5 hours to bring a cup of coffee.
