I stayed for two days after initially booking six. They agreed to refund the cost of the four unused days, but I still haven’t received anything. I’m going to file a case because they’re holding my money without explaining why. The room service was poor, there was no internet, and the pool wasn’t working. If you don’t want to waste your money, avoid this hotel.

I went to Nandis Wellness inside the hotel to get some pampering and feel rejuvenated. As a spa therapist, I need that too. The service was top notch.

The Executive Board Room was small, but it suited our needs. They arranged everything on short notice and did a great job. The staff were responsive and courteous, and there were lovely seating areas with beautiful furniture. We also spotted a swimming pool, dining area, and bar. It’s a lovely hotel with understated elegance.

Tucked away in a quiet estate, this is a nice little place to get away for a while. The rooms are clean and the staff are very helpful. The facilities could use an upgrade, and the WiFi could be better, though that’s not really their fault.

The breakfast was nourishing, and the staff were friendly and courteous. Three Arms hotel feels like a home away from home, in a peaceful, pleasant setting, and everything worked well. I did have a small problem with running water around midnight, but they eventually fixed it.
