I was extremely disappointed from start to finish. I'd strongly recommend booking somewhere else and arranging a spa separately. Despite presenting itself as a spa hotel, the high room prices don't include any spa treatments, or even basic access to the sauna or steam room. You have to contact the hotel through whatsapp to get spa services. You only find out at check-in that the spa is full and isn't included in the price. Sauna access starts at 20k, while hotels without a spa label that have pools, saunas, or steam rooms often let guests use them for free. It left me wondering what the hotel thinks guests are paying for if not the spa facilities. The hotel website is down, so you can't get this information there. They wouldn't offer any compensation for the trouble, only a voucher that you have to pay for to use the spa later. I could just book a future spa visit myself. When I politely asked if complimentary sauna access might be reasonable in these circumstances, the spa stopped replying to my calls and messages entirely. Please save yourself the $200+USD and book literally anywhere else. This is the worst hotel experience I've ever had, and I wouldn't recommend it even to my worst enemy.

The lush, peaceful garden is lovely for a relaxing walk, and the hotel and spa are beautiful. The elegant feel makes it a great setting for events and anniversaries. A luxurious, tranquil escape, highly recommended.

The staff are great and eager to make your stay comfortable, and the location is great too. Some facilities need an upgrade, especially the shower-tub.

I went for an event and wasn't impressed. There were no clear directions to the entrance, and the back entrance felt dodgy. The interior was nothing special, and the outside garden needs attention and maintenance. Nothing wowed me.

I felt pampered and relaxed from the moment I arrived. The gardens are beautifully landscaped, with luxurious touches around the property, and the elegant décor gives the place a warm, welcoming feel. The design is stunning and balances style with function. The attention to detail really impressed me. This hotel exceeded my expectations, and I'd highly recommend it.
