I’ve been coming back to this hotel since 2020 because it’s quiet and peaceful. I’ve noticed they’ve changed the breakfast, and the gatemen wash the car every time. The Wi-Fi is terrible, though, and it takes a while for someone to come clean the room.

I had a terrible experience. The receptionist was very rude, and the service was sloppy and awful. The restaurant was the only place where the staff had good customer service.

The receptionist is so warm and kind, always greeting people with a smile. I’ve often wondered how they keep that up. The wake-up service is good too. Just really nice service.

I stayed here for a month as a tourist, and the air conditioner above the bed kept blowing black carbon from its filter for five days. I told reception, but nothing happened. She said the maintenance man would sort it out on Sunday, but nobody came, and the unit wasn’t fixed until the sixth day. I thought this should have been treated as urgent. I had no idea what I was breathing in or whether it was unsafe, and the black stuff was getting onto my bedding while I slept.

The rooms were neat, stocked with toiletries, and comfortable enough. Reception was welcoming, and the location is discreet. The chicken bar can be slow to respond. Cars are kept secure and washed for free, though you do need to tip to show your appreciation.
