Our four-day stay was delightful, and we were impressed with the hospitality and standards. My friends and I booked the Executive rooms, and they were worth the money for a hotel in V.I. Thanks, and we hope to come back the next time we have an engagement on lagos island.

The room and facilities were okay, nothing fancy, but I was comfortable and satisfied spending the night. For the money, I think it’s worth it, despite what most people say in reviews about it being bad. Customer service was also great while I was there, though I can’t speak for anyone else.

The electricity is stable, but that’s about the only plus. Standard rooms are overpriced, the refrigerator might electrocute you, customer care is below average, and the TV isn’t watchable. There’s no complimentary breakfast. I’d only stay here again if it were my last option.

This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The staff are incredibly rude, the service is ridiculous, and there are no toiletries. The water supply is unreliable, and they threaten guests with police. When they make mistakes, they don’t know how to apologize and seem more concerned with the next customer than the one they’re serving. I wouldn’t advise my family to stay here, and you shouldn’t either.
