The prices are too high for the service, and the bed sheets were dirty. There weren’t any sockets for phones or other devices, and you can’t have more than two people in a room, so it’s not suitable for a bride. The AC might work while the heater doesn’t, or some other thing is broken. We booked three rooms. One had no door latch, so it could be opened from outside. My parents are uncomfortable in hotels and were scared because the door wouldn’t lock. I asked to switch rooms after paying over 30k, but they refused. They then said they’d move us, but put us in a room with a broken AC. My parents were too tired to move again, and the heat kept them from sleeping. The building looked nice when we first came in, but the stay was a bad experience. Someone even woke us at 4:00 am by sweeping the hall. I don't recommend this place, it was a complete waste of money. They claimed nobody had ever complained, but the reviews here say otherwise. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DON'T CHOOSE THIS HOTEL!!!!

What stood out most was the warm hospitality. The staff were respectful, kind, and welcoming, and I really loved that. Ellis suites is a nice hotel to stay in, with very clean, neat rooms. Cleanliness should be standard, but after staying in so many hotels here, I know why a tidy room feels like a plus.

I had a wonderful stay overall, and the employees were welcoming, helpful, and nice. The warm environment was enjoyable, and I’d recommend the hotel. But given the price, some details need attention. A few rooms need changes and a deeper clean. Curtains should be washed or replaced, and cleaning should include dusting after each guest, not just mopping and changing the bed linens. I only ran into one issue, water leaking from the restroom. Some wall decor and better lighting would also improve the rooms.
