The service was good, and the receptionist on duty was friendly and lovely. The room was reasonably okay, but mosquitoes kept me awake all night. The water heater wasn't working, so I had to bathe with cold water. The food really needs attention. The roughly chopped onions in the vegetable soup put me off and wasted my money, and the jollof was the worst.

I paid 25,000 and couldn't get air conditioning. The room was humid, and there wasn't even soap in the bathroom. When I asked the receptionist to explain the rule, she argued that it was simply what she said, verbally, and refused to provide proper service. Worst hotel in the Festac area of Lagos. I wouldn't recommend it at all.

After my first night, I found out management was poor, power was an issue, and there were too few staff to run the place. Patronize at your discretion. Before that, I had a very restful night and the customer service was great. Imabong will take care of you. I had a great experience, which is why I initially highly recommended it, but I'm taking away two stars.

The rooms were dirty, and the bathroom was in awful shape. There were wires hanging out of open sockets, too. Seeing the mop and bucket was enough to sink my heart. This was probably my worst hotel experience, in a really dirty establishment.

The receptionist I met was really nice, and the place itself was okay. The air conditioners only work when a particular generator is running.
