Esado Conference Centre and Suites

We paid before seeing the room, then took one look and left. We couldn't spend the night. The room was very old and the AC didn't work. The reception had a huge hole in the ceiling, and the whole place felt out of date.

I stayed here on the 10th of August 2022. The staff were friendly and tried to make the stay comfortable. The AC and water heater worked fine, and complimentary breakfast was a plus. But the room was on another level of dirty. The bed was the only clean thing. The table, mirror, wardrobe, doors, curtains, and remote were all covered in dirt. The intercom didn't work, so I had to call the front desk on my mobile. I ordered fried rice and chicken, and the food was really overpriced: 3500 for 1/8th chicken, a small portion of rice, and 5 lean fried plantain. If management properly cleans and sterilizes the rooms, it could be a semi-affordable place to visit again, though the cheapest room rate is 15,000.

I was highly disappointed. The intercom didn't work, so I had to go downstairs to order anything. The bathroom was horrible, dirty, and unkempt. The tile walls looked as though they hadn't been cleaned in years, and there was no floor mat by the bathroom door. I nearly slipped and hit my head. Management should question the hotel's manager.

I stayed for 2 days when I came into lag for an event. The place was lovely, neat, and cozy, with respectful staff and very good customer service. Prices were fair, though the meals were pricey. Mr. CEO, keep up the good work.
