The apartments are lovely, but maintenance is poor and the staff aren't efficient, especially the cleaners. We found a cockroach in our living room. In one room, the heater wasn't working and the AC wasn't effective. The swimming pool had no water, and the service was poor in general. It's a shame to see such a beautiful place being run aground by incompetent staff.

The breakfast was terrible and honestly disgusting. They kept me waiting for eternity before bringing the sacrifice. I was mad, but I had no choice and had to pay.
