The three boys working here were responsible and always available when I needed something. I appreciated them, but not the lady manager. I found her rude and think the owner should sack her before she ruins the business. She would saunter around the premises instead of being at a desk, and I mostly saw her at reception sitting in a chair, glued to her phone, chatting, and biting her nails. Her sales manner showed no courtesy. The hotel itself has no proper operating standards. The bathroom floor stank, the water supply was unreliable, and plumbing was so bad you had to get water in a bucket, brought by the errand boys. The bedsheets weren’t changed. The TV and refrigerator were in bad shape and didn’t work, and the doors were ill-fitted and had no security. There weren’t even forms to fill out on arrival, so nobody seemed to know the guests’ information. The manager even asked me for toilet paper so she could attend to another guest. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever seen. I’m using this review to tell holiday-makers and picnickers to have nothing to do with it. I’ll tell my friends and family not to come here.

I enjoyed my stay here, with great hospitality and customer service. I’ll definitely come back.
